Hi, I’m Sangeeta Sharma — a former Credit Officer with 11 years in MSME finance, public sector banking, and loan appraisal.
In my decade-plus of approving and assessing hundreds of MSME loans, I noticed something:
The people who need credit knowledge the most — MSME founders, early-career bankers, and finance students — are often left confused.

My Journey
I didn’t set out to become a teacher of credit. For over a decade, my job was to assess, sanction, and manage MSME loans — sitting across from entrepreneurs with dreams, bankers with deadlines, and files that told powerful stories.
I still remember one early case — a hardworking entrepreneur with a strong business plan was rejected for funding because of a single overlooked financial ratio. That day, I realised:
